BDC, Canada's bank for entrepreneurs, has a long history of working with you, Indigenous entrepreneurs. We recognize your unique stories, cultures and contributions to Canada. We stand in solidarity with you and all Indigenous peoples. We are committed to listening, learning and acting toward reconciliation.
This involves working with partners like Connect Partnership Group to make available financing solutions like the Inclusive Entrepreneurship Loan, investment opportunities like the Indigenous Growth Fund and access to free resources to help more entrepreneurs grow or scale their business.

Additionally, we aim to improve diversity recruitment and onboarding strategies and offer educational opportunities such as our free 4 Seasons of Reconciliation training, available to all employees and Canadian entrepreneurs. As an organization that values diversity, equity and inclusion, and embraces it in ideas and people, our efforts involve making a difference in our workplace and our workforce with our communities of focus—one of which is our Indigenous employee resource group.
