Lisa is currently working at Métis Housing as the HR & Corporate Services Manager, she started in 2013 as the HR & Payroll Administrator. She comes from a non-profit background, working mainly for Indigenous organizations such as Native Counselling Services of Alberta and Nechi Institute. She also worked at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada. Lisa believes that all employees deserve to have quality services. She encourages her colleagues to reach their personal successes so they can add personal value to the organization.
