I have been in the wonderful world of Talent Acquisition for 15 years and moved into leadership 6 years ago, I have led teams in the banking and transportation sector and I currently oversee the Talent Acquisition team for Western Canada for TD Bank and my team specializes in retail banking and supporting the hiring of the retail positions at the branch level.
