Login through https://connectgroup.swoogo.com/FSW25/networking using your email and the password you set at registration.

1. Click on the edit your profile button in the right corner
2. Login using your email and the password you set at registration
3. Go to the ‘personal information page’ inside your registration
4. Update your profile picture and linkedin URL if desired
5. Continue through registration
6. Hit Confirm (no further payment will be required this is just to save the profile)

1. Search by first name, last name company or job title to find the person you would like to connect with
2. Alternatively scroll through our attendee list pages

1. Click on the Request Meeting Button
2. If there is anyone additional you would like to include select Add Participant. If not ignore this step.
3. Select a date and time
4. If this is prior or after to the event Virtual Meeting will automatically be selected. Click on the Automatically generate a meeting room button to create your link
5. For any in-person meetings at the conference select a table. These tables will be numbered inside our networking area at the end of the exhibition hall.
6. Add a quick description and submit
7. An email will be automatically sent to the meeting recipient and you will receive a meeting when they reply.

Once a meeting has been requested you will receive an email with an option to accept - accepted meetings will show in your schedule as Blue.

To register for sessions you will need to log back into your registration here https://connectgroup.swoogo.com/FSW25/sign-in using your email and password you set at registration.

You will need to go through the payment page to complete the selection, the system will not prompt additional payment but selections will not be confirmed until you reach the confirmation page. 

Yes! You can update your schedule at any time by logging back into the registration system.

If a session is full join the waitlist, the waitlist may open up at any time based on adjusted room capacity. If you are not confirmed by event days you are able to go by the session to see if there is space once registered attendees have been let in.
